MY NAME IS JIM BRENNER.
I’m Jim Brenner, a Harvard-trained public policy expert with a background in Washington, D.C., where I worked on tax, trade, small business, housing, and banking policy. Later, I focused on real estate investment and affordable housing through public-private partnerships.
Today, I live in coastal Broward County and serve as President of my 274-unit condo association. I’ve seen firsthand how broken insurance policies and rising costs are hurting homeowners like me.
That’s why I’m running for Florida House District 100, to bring practical, people-first leadership to Tallahassee.
My priorities include homeowner rights, cost of living, small business support, strong public schools, and climate resiliency.
